When I first started supervision with my supervisor, it was scary to show my work; I was afraid of being judged. However, my supervisor supported me and provided me with validation and resources to grow as an EFT therapist. I believe in passing it forward and helping other EFT Therapists learn and integrate the model. As a supervisor (in training), I believe in creating an alliance by working relationally and providing a warm, supportive environment. I believe in learning the EFT model both cognitively and experientially. I believe in working alongside to help you develop competency, confidence, and comfort with the model through learning the concepts, watching tapes, and practicing role-plays. I offer both individual and group supervision.
