Counseling Philosophy
I am a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor who guides individuals toward positive life changes. Every individual has unique strengths due to their life experiences. In addition, I have a holistic perspective in my clinical intervention to empower my clients during difficult life transitions, grief, loss, trauma, managing stress, cultivating or repairing relationships, personal development, mood and anxiety and/or depression. I am passionate about community work and have over 20 years of experience working with youth and adults in community settings. I believe that mental health is more than just overcoming one’s challenges.
It is about building a long-lasting, balanced, and fulfilling life.
It takes courage to seek professional support, and I would be honored to walk this therapeutic journey with you in a safe, nonjudgmental healing environment.
