Counseling Philosophy
As a therapist, I use a strengths-based approach that centers on active listening, empathy, and a non-judgmental stance to create a safe, collaborative space for clients. I focus on identifying and leveraging clients’ inherent strengths, empowering them to make meaningful progress toward their personal goals and aspirations. By building a strong therapeutic rapport based on trust and understanding, we can explore areas for growth, draw on my client’s existing resources, and develop effective strategies for overcoming challenges. Through education, support, and mutual respect, I help clients align their lives with their core values and navigate obstacles, ultimately guiding them toward a fulfilling life for themselves.
I enjoy travelling, spending time with family, and Home decorating/organizing.
